1. Booking & Custom Quote Confirmation
By requesting an itinerary or making an advance booking payment with Offbeat Travel, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All holiday packages are customized according to your specified travel dates, hotel preferences, and guest requirements. A booking is confirmed once the designated advance deposit is received and acknowledged via an official booking voucher or WhatsApp confirmation.
2. Traveler Identification & Documents
All travelers must carry valid government-approved photo identification (such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID) during travel. For restricted or border destinations in North East India (e.g. Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim), travelers are required to furnish necessary passport photos and ID copies for obtaining Inner Line Permits (ILP) or Protected Area Permits (PAP).
3. Itinerary Modifications & Force Majeure
While we make every endeavor to operate itineraries exactly as quoted, unforeseen events such as severe weather, landslides, flight/train delays, roadblocks, or regional government restrictions may necessitate route adjustments. Offbeat Travel reserves the right to alter the schedule in the best interest of guest safety. Any auxiliary costs arising from unforeseen natural events will be borne transparently by the traveler.
4. Jurisdiction & Legal Governance
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to travel bookings through Offbeat Travel shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
