1. Tour Package Cancellation Timeline

| 30 days or more prior to travel date | 90% Refund (nominal processing fee) |
| 15 to 29 days prior to travel date | 70% Refund |
| 7 to 14 days prior to travel date | 50% Refund |
| Less than 7 days prior or No Show | Non-refundable (hotel & transport commitments) |
2. Flight & Train Ticket Cancellations
Flights and IRCTC railway tickets booked through Offbeat Travel follow the official cancellation and refund rules of the respective airline (IndiGo, Air India, etc.) and Indian Railways (IRCTC). Any refund amount granted by the carrier will be directly remitted to the customer after standard ticketing processing fees.
3. Refund Processing Time (5 - 7 Working Days)
Approved refunds will be processed and credited directly to the customer’s original mode of payment (UPI ID / Bank Account) within 5 to 7 business banking days from the formal date of cancellation confirmation.
4. How to Request a Cancellation
